This campground is one of cleanest campgrounds in the state of Minnesota! We have a small convenience store that sell’s everything you might forget to bring along with you to camp and fish, and they even have hand dipped ice cream! (YUM!) We sell gas for boats on Union Lake and are very reasonable with all of our pricing throughout the campground. Fishing is great on both lakes for all northern t

ier species except for Muskie’s, Rock Bass, and trout (there are no Muskie’s, Rock Bass or Trout in either Lake Sarah or Union Lake)! The lakes are better known for fishing but there are some water skiers and jet skiers on both lakes (pretty weedy for that kind of stuff except in our swimming area)! There are restroom facilities on both lake campgrounds with showers for them quick cleanups after a day’s fun. Union Lake has a pavilion for birthday parties, family reunions and small events.. So come out and give it a try. I’m sure you will love the experience.

The camp store will be open today at 8am. We will have normal store stuff and lease signing. So stop by if you need to finish that today! You have until the 20th at 5pm to get the lease done 🙂

We are going to be closing the trails to the west of the campground. With the rain we have got over the last two days (close to 3 inches) there is a lot of standing water and such on the trails and driving on them will cause them to get ruts and such. So walking is fine but no golf carts and such until noonish on Sunday afternoon.

That storm was a bit of a windy one. But thankfully no big trees and none of them are causing damage. There are lots of branches and many trash cans. Nothing huge and no damage to campers or buildings so that’s good.

This coming weekend we have a few events that we want to make sure people are aware of.

1- On Friday we will have walking tacos (I know we just had them two weeks ago, but getting back to normal Friday night dinner meals)

2- On Saturday at 9am We are having our 2nd Ditch Pick and Donuts events. Remember that you need to come to one a summer so if you were not here last time please join us this time.

3-Sunday we will be hosting a Blind draw co****le event with registration starting at 10am. Meeting by the red barn

If you planned to do your lease for the 2027 summer tomarrow (Monday the 31st) I won’t be able to be here like I had thought I would be.

Sorry about that! If you had planned to come during my 12pm-5pm lease signing on Monday, then send me a message or text to set up another time that will work for you. I’m willing to be open on Tuesday this week to make up for it 😕
