After more than a decade of incredible events, our Ken Snider Memorial Car Show will come to an end this Sunday.
It is hard to put into words what this event has meant to our family and to everyone who has been a part of it. What began as a small community outreach event, transitioned to a way of honoring our father after his passing. Every year, our church, our family and our friends helped to build this event to something that was bigger than we ever imagined. It has become a tradition filled with beautiful cars, a huge basket raffle, laughter, stories, and community sharing their love and support.
To every single person who attended, thank you. Whether you joined us once or have been with us since the very beginning, you helped to make this event successful. To those who returned every year, your continued support became part of the heart of this show. Seeing familiar faces each year reminds us that our dad's legacy continues to live on through kindness, care, and the love of cars.
A special thank you to all of our vendors, sponsors, and donors. Your generosity, time, and commitment helped make each year's event possible, and we are deeply grateful for everything you contributed over the years.
This was not an easy decision at all. Ending something that has meant so much to us comes with a lot of emotion, but after prayerful thought and conversation, we know it is the right decision. While this chapter closes, our love for our dad and our commitment to honoring his memory remains open. We will continue to celebrate his life in all the memories that have been made, carrying his legacy with us wherever life leads.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us make every show so unforgettable. The memories we have shared, the friendships we have built, and the love you continue to show our family will stay with us forever.
