Tough Fleets, the most trusted name in on-site fleet maintenance and repair, is growing! We are searching for a Light-Heavy Duty Truck and Equipment Shop Technician to join our team. This position offers competitive pay and performance-based bonuses to qualified candidates.
We are looking for a motivated individual who can work both independently and in a team environment on various light duty, medium duty, and heavy-duty trucks. Skills in compact This position will work primarily out of our 9,000 sq. ft. service center with occasional field work (90% shop, 10% field).

Our clients have a wide range of vehicles and equipment. This position will require a knowledgeable, versatile technician who can:
· Adapt to the changing demands of the client.
· Deliver premium quality diagnoses and repairs.
· Deliver comprehensive preventative maintenance to keep their fleet in good operating condition.
· Diagnostic abilities required, some on the job training available.
· Clean driving record is required for this position

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Today we say farewell to the truck that started it all. As we look back through the growth of Tough Fleets, we see that this is the only element that has not changed since day one. Change is good though, approaching almost 300,000 miles this old bird is ready for a more quiet life. Many techs have worked out of this truck, including some of our executive team and everyone loved this truck. Thank you for many years and miles of service.
