We’re hiring a full-time New Car / Fleet / Commercial Sales Consultant at Twin Pine Ford Ephrata. This position is a great fit for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, organized, and comfortable building relationships with both retail customers and local businesses.

We’re ideally looking for someone with 2+ years of new car and/or fleet/commercial sales experience. Prior new vehicle sales experience, CRM familiarity, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn Ford products and processes are all important for this role.
