Customer from Massachusetts came yesterday with complaint of cylinder 4 misfire. Ruled out spark plugs and coil packs. Had a bad O2 sensor but a new one didn't help the misfire either. Finally cleaned the intake even though it was cleaned a year ago. Was appalled at what cane out. Rest of EGR system was still clean. Also replaced the intake gasket which was smashed. Finally got it back together. Runs excellent. Took a while but finally got it fixed. One more happy customer because she had been driving it that way for a couple months.
