Got this beautiful car back in the shop that I built a set of headers for a couple years ago. Since then it got a new motor, which meant the old headers no longer fit. Time for some cut, chop, and rebuild action. Had to rework the tubes, relocate the O2 sensors and EGTs, and extend the sniffer tubes to get everything fitting and functioning perfectly again. Custom fabrication is never a bolt-on process, but that’s what makes the final product worth it

The amount of time and energy that goes into making custom one-off parts and pieces, then getting them to fit perfectly after all the welding, hammering, and sanding, is unbelievable. But when it all finally comes together, the end result makes every hour worth it. Now to match the other side perfectly 😂
