Sales Representative
Automotive Recycling Sales with Real Growth Opportunity
Are you a motivated salesperson who wants the opportunity to make a real impact?
We are an automotive recycling company with over 60 years of experience, and we take pride in providing quality recycled auto parts, dependable service, and honest solutions for our customers.
Like many businesses, we have faced challenges over the last couple of years. Our existing sales team has done an outstanding job navigating those challenges, continuing to serve customers, build relationships, and keep business moving forward.
Now, we are focused on building fresh energy, improving our sales approach, strengthening customer relationships, and creating new opportunities for growth. As part of that next step, we are looking to add motivated new salespeople and diversify our sales staff with fresh perspectives, new ideas, and different experiences.
We are looking for people who are not afraid of inside sales, outside sales, phone calls, customer visits, follow-ups, prospecting, and closing deals.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of building momentum, not just stepping into a routine.
About the Opportunity
This sales position gives the right person the chance to join a company with deep industry experience, an established customer base, quality inventory, and room to grow.
As an automotive recycling company, we provide quality recycled auto parts to repair shops, dealerships, body shops, mechanical shops, and individual customers. Our sales team plays a major role in helping customers find the right parts quickly, confidently, and professionally.
One of the advantages of this position is the size of our delivery network. We deliver quality recycled automotive parts throughout a large Southeastern territory, including Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, the Florida Panhandle, portions of Georgia, and surrounding regional markets.
Because our delivery routes cover such a broad area, this position may become a remote sales position after training is completed. The right candidate will first learn our products, systems, inventory, customers, and sales process, then may have the opportunity to work remotely while continuing to grow accounts and develop new business within our delivery territory.
This position is not for someone who wants to sit back and wait for sales to happen. We need someone who is willing to make calls, follow up, build relationships, visit customers when needed, ask for business, and help us grow.
The more effort, energy, and professionalism you bring, the more opportunity there is to build your income and career.
What You Will Do
Develop new customer relationships through phone calls, in-person visits, referrals, and follow-up
Grow and service existing customer accounts
Sell quality recycled automotive parts to repair shops, dealerships, body shops, mechanical shops, and customers
Use our delivery network to serve customers across a large regional territory
Identify new sales opportunities within our delivery areas
Learn our parts inventory, systems, customers, and industry
Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and close business
Work with our internal team to make sure customers receive the right parts and great service
Represent our company with professionalism, energy, and integrity
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, self-driven person who wants to win.
The right person is comfortable talking to people, asking for business, following up, handling rejection, and staying persistent. Automotive experience is helpful, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important.
You should be:
Motivated by income, profit, and growth opportunity
Comfortable with both inside and outside sales
Confident making calls and meeting customers face-to-face
Driven to find and close new business
Professional, dependable, and organized
Comfortable working independently after training
Able to manage customer relationships by phone, email, and follow-up
Competitive, positive, and willing to learn
Interested in cars, parts, or the automotive industry
Not afraid of hard work, accountability, or learning something new
Interested in helping a company grow and improve
Why Join Us?

We are proud of the quality parts we provide and the role we play in helping customers repair vehicles in a cost-effective and sustainable way.
We are also proud of the sales team we already have. They have worked hard through a challenging period, and we are looking to build on that foundation by adding new people who bring energy, drive, and different perspectives to the team.
The next stage of our company will require fresh energy, new ideas, stronger sales efforts, and people who are willing to take ownership.
For the right person, this position offers the opportunity to build a sales career with flexibility, independence, and earning potential. After training, remote work may be available because our delivery routes allow us to serve customers throughout our regional market.
