We are proud of RacingLine Performance OEM+ team’s work. We have been testing their BETA e85 Stage 1 low torque file for a year and a half with constant datalogs for long term testing of the fuel & car. Last week the team sent us a file with better torque management for the locked TCU program which we have currently on our . We put the file to the test this weekend at event as we did last year.

Let’s just say that our times got better from our last 1/4 mile run dropping 0.50 second. This is a massive improvement for those who don’t know 1/4 mile racing. Our times were consistent throughout the weekend making our runs predictable.

We recently took the Noster 20th Anniversary Mk8 Golf R to the dyno to see what the stock power levels vs RacingLine Performance OEM+ Stage 1 Low Torque Software. The car was tested using everything factory even the factory air box was installed to make a true test. These are the results:

Stock Wheel Power:
260hp/244tq lbft

Racing Line OEM+ Stage 1 Low Torque Wheel Power:
339hp/303tq lbft

Gains over stock at the wheel:
+79hp/59tq lbft

OEM+ Stage 1 Advertised power at crank:
400hp/353tq lbft
Our Golf R’s power at crank:
399hp/357tq lbft

Not a post that I want to make but making it at his request.

Not many know but……. We had a scare where one of our founding members was hit with heat stroke Monday and is still in the hospital under surveillance due to other damages associated with the stroke. We did an emergency shutdown due to this Tuesday. We will be back open to the public soon. Shop is still working on the previous work so bare with us.

Big news! Stage 1+ and Stage 2 calibrations now launched!

After a year of development and worldwide beta testing, we're proud to announce our Stage 1+ and Stage 2 calibrations for the 2.0 TSI EA888 gen.4 high output 'Continental' cars are now live on the OEM+ Software Server. And of course, this is a free upgrade for all existing Stage 1 customers 😎

This release covers the higher output 300/310/320PS (Continental Turbo) models with SIMOS 19.6 and 19.3 for cars like Golf 8R, Audi S3 8Y, Cupra Leon & Formentor, Arteon R, Tiguan R and many many more.

RacingLine Performance Stage 1+ & Stage 2 are now available!!!!

This release covers the higher output (Continental Turbo) models with SIMOS 19.6 and 19.3 - application.

As with our highly successful Stage 1 calibrations, we are launching Stage 1+ and 2 with HIGH TORQUE and LOWER TORQUE options. High Torque is for cars with TCU tuning installed, whilst Lower Torque is ideal for cars without TCU tuning, for FWD cars or for 6MT manual transmission cars (to protect stock clutch).

The Lower Torque maps produce identical peak power, but engine torque is limited in the lower/mid range to protect clutch/gearbox and help traction. Additionally, we cap torque when launching on cars with stock TCU to protect the stock gearbox.

Our careful development program has resulted in these higher states of tune operating a capped turbo speed to help protect the stock hardware. Without this turbine speed protection feature keeping the power in check, turbo rpm can overspeed - potentially leading to premature failure. A good protection feature.

As you can see from the dyno graphs & numbers below, the gains are exceptional!
