This Saturday’s races at BIG O Speedway have been canceled due to necessary facility repairs.

During the water repairs earlier in the year, we discovered that some electrical lines were also affected and require attention. In addition, several other repairs are taking longer than expected as we wait for needed parts to arrive. As Jim mentioned in the past drivers meeting he is making sure track is operational and safety is top priority.

We understand how disappointing a cancellation is for our drivers, teams, fans, and staff. However, we want BIG O Speedway to be in optimal condition, and safety will always remain our highest priority.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We will continue to provide updates and look forward to welcoming everyone back for an exciting night of racing as soon as the repairs are completed. We anticipate next Saturday to go back to racing.

Please stay cool and hydrated as the weekend temperatures climb to 106 with even a higher heat index.
