Tax Credit Allocation Program
NARDI Compressor, LLC is an Oklahoma Series LLC and is able to allocate the unused Oklahoma and Federal Tax Credits to those needing them. A Federal EIN for each entity will be created and a K-1 will be issued at the end of the year for the amounts of credits being allocated. These tax credits have been allowed because of sales to government agencies, non-profit companies and/or individuals without taxable income. A brief example is how this works;
Apply for a Federal EIN for the entity needing the tax credit(s). This will be done for you.
Pay the amount of the assets being resold to non-taxable entities.
Receive 90% of the amount back when the sale is completed.
A K-1 information return is filed and provide to the entity needing the tax credit(s).
Vehicles that have been converted to use CNG are eligible for Oklahoma State Tax Credits. These credits are available for 10 cents on the dollar. Oklahoma State Tax Credits may be used entirely in the current year and any remaining amounts may be carried forward five years.
CNG compressors are eligible for Oklahoma State Tax Credits and Federal IRS Tax Credits. These credits are available for 10 cents on the dollar. The Federal Tax Credits may be used entirely in the current year, carried back three years and/or carried forward seven years.
We currently have over $800,000 in unused tax credits available and the amounts are continuing to accumulate. If you are interested, please contact us and we will provide the necessary information to get started. Your check will need to be dated by December 31, 2025 if you are needing tax credits for the current year. Our attorney, Joshua Conaway, will be contacting you for the details needed in the agreements he will prepare for you.
