What an epic day at DR Smith Tire and Auto Clinic! We are absolutely overwhelmed and humbled by the incredible turnout for our Grand Opening today. To say our hearts are full is an understatement—Wow!
Above all, we have seen God’s hand in every single detail of this journey and this business. Our goal has always been—and will always be—to serve you with fairness, honesty, and integrity, reflecting our Savior in everything we do and every job we perform.
We served over 200 burgers and hot dogs, hosted 20 stunning show cars alongside a awesome lineup of motorcycles, and some old farm tractors that sole the show! We gave away tons of swag and raffle prizes too!
A massive thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special:
•Johnston County Chamber of Commerce for marketing the event.
• 5G Mercantile for keeping everyone refreshed with their delicious, fresh-squeezed lemonade and limeade!
• House of Hope Ladies Ministry for joining us and sharing the wonderful work they do right here in Milburn.
• Family Health Center of Southern Oklahoma for bringing their Breast Cancer Awareness booth. As a breast cancer survivor myself, having them there to share vital information during Breast Cancer Awareness Month meant the world to me.
• Priddy General Store for printing and donating some of the cutest event shirts for us to give away!
• Mortenson for their donation of hamburger patties and hot dogs.
We had numerous friends and neighbors who helped set up for the event, serve the food, grill the burgers and hot dogs, clean up after it was over.
Neil O'Donnell, Dan Calloway, Jamie Utley and her sweet friends, Jessica Kindt, Michelle Nelson, Lisa Shephard, Rocky Bobbitt, Heather Rose, Dallas and Voyn Boggs, Ashlee and Rylee Smith, Chris Smith, Angel Reyes, Ike Bryant and Mindy Moore, Jerry Bivins, Jazz Estep, Curtis Redmond. Goodness!! There were so many, I hope I didn't leave anyone out!!
Also, a big thank you to everyone for bringing their beautiful cars, motorcycles and tractors to show off! That made the event even more spectacular!!
David and I cannot thank this community enough for showing up, showing love, and supporting our family business. We are deeply invested in Johnston County and look forward to serving all your tire and automotive needs for years to come.
Thank you to everyone for making today an unforgettable celebration! It was one we will cherish for years to come!!!
