Important Notice Regarding Customer Supplied Parts

To better serve our customers and ensure the quality and reliability of our repairs, effective immediately, we will no longer install parts supplied by customers.

Over time, we have experienced an increasing number of warranty concerns, fitment issues, defective parts, and customer dissatisfaction related to customer-provided components. Because we cannot verify the quality, authenticity, compatibility, or warranty coverage of parts purchased from outside sources, we are unable to guarantee repairs performed with those parts.

By sourcing parts through our trusted suppliers, we can ensure proper fitment, maintain manufacturer and labor warranties, and stand behind repairs we perform with confidence.

We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to provide the highest level of service, reliability, and protection for our customers.

Thanks to NAPA Tracs we now have a new shop management system. And guess what?! We can TEXT! Our hope in adding this system to our operation is to improve our efficiency to get your vehicles back on the road quicker than before. Your check engine light could indicate one problem out of, I kid you not, hundreds. And one code may be related to one of multiple problems within a system. In other words, one code does not mean one issue. The code pulled from your car often just gives you a direction to go in. It usually does not paint the full picture. This is why we always recommend a full diagnostic before a repair, to ensure we are addressing the root cause of the code being set.
