Other than FREEZING OUR BUTTS OFF… I got the chance at a day in the car sales world that most dream of.
Kailie is a previous customer of mine that I got a chance to help because she didn’t have a great experience with a previous salesman she had dealt with. So to put it blunt- we should have never met. Needless to say- I sold her a car that day and made her very happy.
But this past Saturday everything came together in a way that I never expected. She came in because she wanted to lower her payment, so that was priority #1. She also wasn’t IN LOVE with her truck. So finding her an SUV that fit the budget, that was also a “good buy” being she only owned her trade about a year and still owed on it. Well, all of that translates to LOWERING HER PAYMENT on a BRAND NEW 25 Subaru Forester Premium hybrid lease. That will be the safest vehicle for herself, Ben- her fiancé, and little girl could even imagine being in.
I have great pride in HELPING people. And this situation was NOT easy, but putting it all together was such a pleasing and prideful experience for myself.
