🚙🔧 LET'S TALK FLUIDS 🔧🚙

Our final day is all about.....

🔧 DIFFERENTIAL & TRANSFER CASE FLUID 🔧
For vehicles equipped with these systems, the fluid lubricates gears and other internal components. Proper maintenance is especially important for vehicles that tow, haul, or see frequent off-road use.

🚙🔧 LET'S TALK FLUIDS 🔧🚙

Today is all about.....

🛞 BRAKE FLUID 🛞
Brake fluid transfers the pressure from your brake pedal to the braking system. Brake fluid can absorb moisture over time, which can reduce its effectiveness and contribute to corrosion within the brake system.

🔄 POWER STEERING FLUID 🔄
For vehicles equipped with hydraulic power steering, this fluid helps your steering system operate smoothly. Low or contaminated fluid can contribute to steering problems and premature component wear.

Remember, a little maintenance today can help prevent a much bigger repair tomorrow!

🚙🔧 LET'S TALK FLUIDS 🔧🚙

Today is all about.....

⚙️ TRANSMISSION FLUID ⚙️
Transmission fluid lubricates and helps cool the transmission while allowing it to shift properly. Old, contaminated, or low fluid can contribute to poor shifting and increased transmission wear.

🌡️ COOLANT / ANTIFREEZE 🌡️
Coolant helps regulate engine temperature and protects against freezing and overheating. It also helps protect the cooling system from corrosion. Maintaining the proper coolant level and changing it at the recommended interval is important for your cooling system and engine.

Remember, a little maintenance today can help prevent a much bigger repair tomorrow!

🚙🔧 LET'S TALK FLUIDS 🔧🚙

Over the next few days we're going to talk about the importance of the fluids your vehicle rely on. Today is all about.....

🛢 ENGINE OIL 🛢

Engine oil lubricates the moving parts inside your engine, helps control heat, and carries away contaminants. Over time, oil breaks down and becomes less effective. Regular oil changes are essential for protecting your engine from excessive wear.

Remember, a little maintenance today can help prevent a much bigger repair tomorrow!

🔧 DON’T FORGET ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE’S FLUIDS 🚗

Your vehicle depends on several different fluids to keep its systems working properly. Checking them regularly and changing them according to your vehicle manufacturer’s recommended schedule can help prevent premature wear, protect expensive components, and keep your vehicle running safely and reliably for years to come.

⚠️ WHY FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURER’S SERVICE SCHEDULE ⚠️

Not every vehicle needs the same maintenance. Fluid types, capacities, and replacement intervals can vary depending on the year, make, model, mileage, driving conditions, and manufacturer specifications.

That's why "just topping it off” isn't always enough! Some fluids need to be inspected regularly, while others need to be completely replaced at specific intervals.

Keeping up with fluid maintenance can help:

✅ Protect expensive components
✅ Reduce premature wear
✅ Prevent overheating
✅ Maintain proper performance
✅ Catch leaks or problems early
✅ Help extend the life of your vehicle

🩵 A little maintenance today can help prevent a much bigger repair tomorrow. 🧡

To help keep access to Oakiedoak Automotive clear, we have installed NEW AUTHORIZED PARKING ONLY signs.

🚗 Unauthorized parking is not allowed anywhere on the property. ❌
Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
