Had a request to install a New Air Conditioner on a Camper for a Good Friday project. I said sure why not. Had to squeeze it into the shop, since it kept drizzling rain throughout the day. Got it done and cools great.

Took apart a old piece of machinery. No clutch operation was the issue. It happens to be a old “wet clutch.” Don’t see anything like this these days. A Wet clutch has oil pumped into the bell housing and totally saturates the Clutch,flywheel, pressure plate. The oil fills up the bell housing and runs out the 1” drain pipe on the right hand side(see photo). Normal clutches can’t have oil on them, they will burn up quickly.
