Exquisite Auto Spa is experiencing heavy growth; we are looking for our next team member!
We are looking for the right person more than someone with detailing experience.
We hoping to find someone who is reliable, hardworking, takes pride in what they do, pays attention to the little things, and genuinely enjoys working with cars.
Professional detailing or ceramic coating experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person from the ground up and teach them our processes for high-end detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coatings.
What matters most to us is finding someone who:
Enjoys working with unique and high-end vehicles daily
Shows up and is dependable
Has a strong work ethic
Takes pride in their work
Is willing to learn and be coached
Has an eye for detail
Takes care of equipment and customer vehicles
Has a good attitude and is someone you’d trust
Wants to learn a skilled trade and grow with the company
This could be a great opportunity for someone who loves cars and wants to turn that interest into a career.
Starting around $18 hr depending on experience and ability, with opportunities to move up as skills develop.
Full-Time position only.
