Binder Boys Scout Parts is MOVING! Many of you already know that I am a full-time Youth Pastor and have been for many years! I am retiring from local youth ministry and will be taking on a new role as Camp Director at a Christian Retreat in Garden City Beach, SC (Myrtle Beach area) in September. I wish I could take my whole parts pile and all 12 parts vehicles, but I have to thin out the inventory and liquidate the parts vehicles(for now). Pics and a more detailed list will be forthcoming, but for now, I have 12 Scouts… 1 Scout 80, 2 Scout 800’s, 7 Scout II’s and 2 Scout Travelers! NONE of the Scouts are restorable(in my opinion), and most of them have parts already gone, but they still have plenty of good parts on them! Price will vary based on the vehicle. I would LOVE to sell the whole lot as one, but will entertain individual purchases. This “moving sale” may include other items that are not feasible to move as well, such as a Traveler hardtop, axles, trannies and a BUNCH of old school “wagon wheel” rims (all 15” and 5x5.5). Brand new Scout II quarters (left & right) as well as new endcaps! Not planning to bring them to Charlotte unless someone says they need them. SCOUTS ARE BACK AT THE AUTO FAIR IN CHARLOTTE!!! This year will be on a small scale, but we have acquired 5 vendor spaces in the green field (spaces AG 263, 264, BG 262, 263, 264) behind the speedway and will be hanging out on Saturday, April 11th! Space is very limited this year… only 4 Scouts will be parked there along with my parts trailer (Binder Boys Scout Parts), but we’re asking local Scout & IH guys to bring a camp chair and hang out! The official hangout day is Saturday, but I will probably be there all day Friday as well! (Thanks to Stephen Keith and Scott Culbreth of Southern Scouts for helping to make this happen!) Drop a comment and let me know if you’re planning to come! Two of the four Scout spots are already taken, but one or two may still be open if you are interested in paying to park your Scout there. It will be around $20-25 to park there (includes 1 entry pass inside the speedway) and you have to commit to being there pretty much all day (8am-4pm) on Saturday. Let me (Howie) know if you are interested in parking your Scout there (first come, first served).

SCOUT 80/800 custom front & rear BUMPERS. VERY STOUT and VERY HEAVY! It would take a lot to bend these bumpers! They do not appear to be a direct bolt-on application. I acquired them from a guy that said they were for an 80/800. If so, they’d require special mounting brackets to be made. Local pick up only! $250 each or $450 for the pair

Scout 80/800 ORIGINAL BACK SEAT! I’m pretty sure it’s original upholstery too! One tiny tear at the bottom on the front (pictured), otherwise in good shape. I only dusted it off and gently washed it off with basically water. It may come completely clean with some cleaners and scrubbing! Armrests are in great shape too! This needs to be a “pick up only” item… I don’t want to damage it trying to disassemble it for shipping or for it to be damaged in shipping. Located in Ellenboro, NC… $550.
