Today, dozens of our Meta Pros visited an on-site blood mobile with one shared goal: supporting kids fighting cancer in need of blood transfusions.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and Hyundai Hope on Wheels is leading a nationwide charge to encourage Hyundai employees to donate blood. Today, for "Warrior Day," coordinated blood drives were held across Hyundai locations, including at its US manufacturing facilities.

Hyundai Hope on Wheels is a nonprofit dedicated to fighting pediatric cancer through research funding and public awareness. Supported by Hyundai Motor America, the organization donates a portion of every new vehicle sale to pediatric cancer research.

A special thank-you to the Shepeard Community Blood Center for helping us answer the call and support this important cause.

Today, we were recognized as the 2026 Large Business of the Year by the Pooler Chamber of Commerce!

Approximately 12% of our workforce, or 272 Meta Pros, are Pooler residents. We are honored to receive this award and proud to continue making a positive impact in the communities around us.

It's a bittersweet day at HMGMA as we say goodbye to our Summer 2026 interns!

Over the past 11 weeks, 13 talented students gained hands-on experience across the Metaplant, working alongside their mentors and teams in General Assembly, Welding, Stamping, IT, Finance, and more.

Along the way, they developed new skills, tackled meaningful projects, and experienced firsthand what it's like to be part of HMGMA.

Yesterday, on National Intern Day, they showcased their final projects and we celebrated their accomplishments with a special luncheon.

We're proud of everything they've achieved and wish them continued success in the future.

We were honored to welcome a group from the Frank Callen Boys and Girls Club to HMGMA this week! 🎉

Hyundai has been partnering with Frank Callen from the very beginning of our time in the region, even before HMGMA’s walls were constructed and vehicles were being produced. Over the years, we’ve enjoyed visiting the club, connecting with students, and sharing insights about the future of manufacturing.

This time, we had the opportunity to return the favor by welcoming them to our facility and giving them a firsthand look at manufacturing in action.

We loved seeing their curiosity, hearing their thoughtful questions, and sharing more about what we do. We look forward to welcoming them back someday—perhaps as future Meta Pros!
