Job Posting: Front Desk Team Member
Lawson’s Auto Repair
Lawson’s Auto Repair is a locally owned, community-focused business dedicated to providing honest, reliable automotive service. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Team Member to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a vital role in keeping our office and daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
Create and process invoices and customer estimates
Schedule vehicle appointments and coordinate workflow
Assist with month-end reporting and basic administrative tracking
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
Perform general office duties, including data entry, correspondence, and recordkeeping
Support technicians and owners with clerical and administrative needs
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer proficiency (email, invoicing, and scheduling software)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior office or front-desk experience preferred
Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
Hours
Full-time position
Typical business hours: Monday–Friday (specific schedule discussed during interview)
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $17–$22 per hour, based on experience
All major holidays are observed
Paid vacation and sick days (details discussed during interview)
