It's been a privilege having George Haker as my dad and it's been my honor being his son.

We're saddened to share that our father, George Haker passed away on May 5th. He was a beloved man in the Elkridge community, a long time Rotary member, small business owner and faithful church member who touched many lives.
Most importantly, he was the best husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend that you could ever ask for. My son, Logan, could not have put it better: "...He was our family jewel."

Wishing them a Happy Anniversary today. I sometimes wonder what life was like during their courting. I’m sure there were some fun stories and special moments–moments that felt like lifetimes. In the spirit of Thanksgiving I am so thankful that they met and am thankful for the moments that we have shared with them throughout our lives.
