I wanted to make this post so it is known to every one of our customers and other local businesses in the DMV to not do business with Hill Management. After more than 10 years of being a tenant with them they refuse to come to an agreement about outside usage at our facility in order for us to continue operating. It’s gotten to the point at which we are not even allowed to have carts outside to cool down products after they come out of the oven or products on skids that we bring in at the end of the day before we leave because the owner likes to personally drive around looking for violations to give to the tenants here. We’ve grown a lot over the past 5 years and unfortunately cannot operate without being in constant violation of our lease agreement since they chose to not grant any leniency or come to an agreement to amend the lease in any way for some type of easement in the back lot that literally does not effect the operation of any other neighboring businesses. With that being said they are threatening eviction and If anyone has any recommendations on industrial property for rent in the Baltimore area reach out to us.
