Basement Access Procedures During Tornado Warnings

Resident Inquiries
Several residents have recently called with questions about accessing the basement in the event of a tornado warning. We would like to clarify the current procedures and address these concerns.

Access to the Basement
The procedure for entering the basement has not changed. A significant number of residents already have keys to the old clubhouse, and these keys continue to work for the basement door. Residents who possess these keys can use them to enter the basement as needed during severe weather alerts.

Pet Policy
Please note that pets are not permitted in the basement area under any circumstances.
