Last week, each of our Tredit facilities had the chance to step out of the day-to-day and spend some time giving back in their local communities for Easter—and honestly, it’s one of our favorite things we get to do. 🌸🐣

Across several of our locations, teams shared flowers, Easter cards, and a few smiles along the way:

• Elkhart, IN – Handed out flowers and Easter cards to the members of Hubbard Hill, in Elkhart.
• Athens, GA – Sent flowers and cards over to PruittHealth for their team to pass along.
• Arlington, TX – Dropped off flowers and cards at Lynridge of Arlington Assisted Living & Memory Care.
• Plant City, FL – Handed out flowers and Easter cards at Community Care Center in Plant City.
• York, PA – Sent flowers and cards to Country Meadows of York Retirement Community.
• Boardman, OR – Visited Columbia River Ranch to hand out flowers and join in on a community Easter egg hunt.

Just a small way for us to give back to the communities we’re part of every day.
Proud of these teams for making it happen. 💛

Big shoutout to our warehouse teams for setting the standard when it comes to safety 👏

Our Elkhart team just hit an incredible milestone—2 years without a recordable injury. And down in Florida, the team has gone even further, reaching an amazing 4 years injury-free.

We’re proud of the culture our teams continue to build, and even more proud of the people behind it. Here’s to keeping the momentum going! 💪

Huge shoutout to Phil (York, PA) and Greg (Arlington, TX) for going above and beyond to keep safety front and center at Tredit!

Phil has been part of the Tredit family since 2003, and Greg since 2015 - and both continue to lead by example, showing what it means to take action and look out for the team.

Your commitment doesn't go unnoticed. Thanks for helping make Tredit a safer place for everyone!

Congratulations to our Texas facility that received the Safety Excellence Award for 2025. This recognition goes far beyond just “going without a recordable.” It reflects the team’s commitment to training, accountability, strong communication, near-miss reporting, and the daily choices they make to keep each other safe. Shoutout to everyone in Texas, you earned this! Here’s to keeping the momentum going and building an even stronger safety culture across all locations!
