Friday was a bittersweet day for plant 118. We said goodbye to one of our local legends Karen Howard. Karen had been with us for over 15 years on the books however, through a series of acquisitions her actual seniority would equal over 40 years. She will be greatly missed at our plant as she starts her next chapter on this journey called retirement. We wish her the very best!

Plant 91 and 118 taking charge in Lippert Cares. Look at these wonderful volunteers making backpacks for Elkhart Community Schools. Next week they'll be stuffed with all of the amazing supplies that have been collected.

Congratulations to Obdulia and Magda our quality award winners for January.

We'd also like to acknowledge our canvas sewing team for Team of the Month. They've have not missed a beat while facing adversity this past month.

Lastly our team member of the month Adela. She has stepped into her new role with grace and professionalism and led her team to new measures.
