The founders of this Democratic Republic believed something that at the time was remarkably bold: that free men and women, guided by virtue and protected by liberty, could accomplish more than any government could ever direct for them.
Two hundred and fifty years later, the fruits of that belief surround us. From family farms to manufacturing plants, from small town businesses to global enterprises, Americans have spent generations creating, inventing, building, and growing. They have carried products to market, transformed industries, explored new frontiers, and demonstrated to the world what can be achieved when opportunity is paired with determination.
The American story is, at its heart, a story of initiative. It is the story of citizens who saw possibilities where there lay obstacles and who worked tirelessly to turn ambition into achievement.
We at Rockport count it a privilege to serve the men and women who continue this great American tradition. We are proud to serve the entrepreneurs, tradesmen, fleet operators, and community leaders whose hard work, innovation, and perseverance continue to demonstrate what free people can accomplish.
As we celebrate America's 250th birthday, may we take pride in the extraordinary nation that has been built through the efforts of countless Americans. May we remain united by our shared history, inspired by our shared blessings, and committed to preserving the freedom that makes such opportunity possible. May God continue to watch over and guide this great nation.
