“As a full-time RV’er, I’m always looking for a good place to wash my Dually tow rig. This business is top notch! The equipment in the touchless wash worked great! The place was spotless and well kept. There is obvious pride in ownership here. I had a great conversation with the owner when he came out to make sure I was happy!”

Rainy days…washing machine and walls, scrubbing floors, replace lights, rewire surveillance cameras, and painting. That’s just one automatic! Whoever thinks a car wash runs by itself and you just sit back…it’s not this one!

UPDATE: The owner has contacted us! Thank you to all of you who helped to get the word out!

The female owner of this vehicle used our automatic and vacuum at 2:30 today. Hopefully, she follows our page! I have her photo, but didn’t want to post. She was searching for something and we found what she lost! If you can tag her, have her call our office and confirm what she lost to make sure it’s returned to the right person. She will be happy we found it!

The recent air quality was a doozy. Compassion for those affected by it and the fires. That residue is also on your vehicle, adding to the road residue. Make sure to get a wash, especially at Concord Touchless!

The Dog Wash AC/heater unit is new and operational! It’s set at 72. “Keep your hands off the unit.”, per the owner. 😉 Please.

Automatic Bay 1 is reopened! Finally! The pay station was having some problems, so parts were sent in for service. That is no quick process at all. We appreciate your patience in waiting.

The air conditioner does not work properly in the dog wash. We are sourcing a new unit. Very hot and humid in the room. FYI. We apologize.

Stuff happens and it’s others that aren’t familiar with our business and how we keep it clean. Recent truck beds have been pushing the limits. A customer can spend $3-$5 for a self-serve wash. When prohibited materials are washed out of a truck bed, it can cause a lot of damage. Our pits go into city sewer. That’s why we are picky. I’m not getting fines for people that can’t follow directions. Our surveillance gets every license plate and we have everything recorded. We are prosecuting one from last week. Three dollars of not following directions causes us to close the bay down to dry out the residue, pickup the residue, and washing the bay walls and floors can close a bay for hours or days. Not to mention that the residue materials listed can be very expensive to clean up if hazardous. Please understand our message. Our customers like our cleanliness. It’s all about respect.
