“Be prepared.” - Scar, The Lion King

Breaking things is part of the off-road life. Making sure you have the right tools is important. You don’t need to tow an entire Snap On truck with you when you venture out. Basic hand tools, focusing on car specific sizes and tools, can get you out of many predicaments. Make sure on top of all common sizes (don’t forget to throw in a couple extra 10 mms for good measure) that you have the correct socket for axle nuts (Turbo S is 27, pro R is 30), belt and clutch tools for your specific setup (some aftermarket clutches have different tools for pulling the belt such as the KWI Fusion which does not utilize the factory belt tool but does use the same factory clutch puller), and any aftermarket accessories you may need to address (specialty wheel lug sockets for example).

You know what really grinds my gears? Transmission issues. Luckily it’s all fixable. This one met its end over in Elbe and the customer was trying to make a trip to St Anthony. We were able to get it in and apart, source all the gears (the transmission had a gear reduction in it and I was able to find all the correct gears to keep the reduction) got it all back together and tested in plenty of time for him to make his trip. We truly love what we do.
