Full job description
Position Summary:
Looking for a job is a difficult task and a big change. A lot of the listings are cookie cutter not much different than this one. As being the owner of the company, I strive for a low stress environment. All the techs are paid by the hour. If you have a bad week or a problem job, you don't have to worry about your pay being reduced. Every six months I sit down with each employee to discuss pay increases, performance and any improvements the shop may need. We have a couple bonus programs that are not related to the work you do but how the overall business performs. How many businesses buy equipment they don't need for a write off at the end of the year. Why not return that to your employees. Let them have a say in what equipment is being upgraded. At the end of the day you should be looking forward to going to work in the morning and feel appreciated when you leave.
