Due to the hard water challenges we have in Elk Grove my 1st question was.. to wash or not to wash in drive Thru. It will change from 1 model to the next but the 1st thing you learn is how to find “wash mode” or not. If not then do I need to upgrade software in order to find this so called wash mode? The simple answer is if your vehicle offers it, it won’t be hidden. This selection would lock automatic wipers, pull in mirrors and keep charger door locked. After extensive searching and asking myself do I want to take this risk of washing if I do not have “wash mode” in my vehicle. Simple answer was yes. The only 2 things required prior to taking to a drive thru wash is how to pull in your mirrors and get into Neutral as you would in a normal vehicle. With these 2 things in place I’ve been able to avoid using the hard water at home and take to a wash with no hitches. Happy Camper. VG
