BMW F80 M3 in for our custom flex fuel calibration via BOOTMOD3]. It is using the BOOTMOD3] Flex Fuel sensor/analyzer. Utilizing their CustomROM Patch, we are able to implement rolling anti-lag, flex fuel blending, and map switching!

Ranging from 93oct to E85, this F80 will swing from 500whp to 580whp without having to reflash the car.

BMW F22 M235i on the rollers for our custom ECU tune through BM3 system. Our crew at installed the following upgrades:
Turbo
HPFP
Turbo Inlet

On 93oct, it made 485whp 475wtq.
On E30, it made 515whp 500wtq.

Boost was kept very modest and well controlled to stay within the constraints of the factory MAP sensor and upgraded FMIC. Our goal was to make consistent and repeatable power!

2022 BMW G30 M550i xDrive
Best way to make power on the potent N63 motor is with a proper calibration. After unlocked the DMEs for our client, we proceeded to start our calibration process on the dyno.

Prior to strapping down on the rollers, we upgraded the plugs and removed unsafe unreliable piggyback tuning module.

To properly calibrate this car, we used the system for a smooth user end experience.

Dyno room was near 100F during time of testing. 🥵

A clean low mileage BMW F80 M3 DCT came in for our proven ECU tune. We calibrated this car via Ecutek to expand the logic of the factory ECU with neat custom features.

Our client wanted it calibrated so that the car was near stock-like power levels in Efficient mode, then in Sport/Sport Plus, our full power tune.
