Hail damage this morning! I had to climb up and make temporary repairs to two vent covers to stop interior water damage. I see awning damage, drip rail damage and possible AC damage.

Cottonwood trees shed their seeds (cotton). The cotton is an allergen for us and an air-flow inhibitor for air conditioners.
