Its been a few very busy days as I have worked on getting everything set up for the shop to take flight! Still working on getting parts ordering integrated into the shop management software, but can still order and quote the old fashioned way. Right now, I will be doing work out of the shop in Eldridge, and hopefully as soon as early fall can be moved into a more permanent location. As most know, I have been turning wrenches for many years for other shops. I have managed shops, over this time as well. I figured it was past due time for me to venture out on my own.
Everything is in motion to make this as much of a success as I know it can be. I have the ability to work with extended warranty companies already. I will be able to provide warranties with most of my services through my parts suppliers.
At this time, I will be taking appointments only. Have the hours set 8 to 5 Monday through Thursday, and 8 to 4 on Fridays with 9 to 1 on Saturdays as that is my preferred time for appointments. But, arrangements can be made for later times with drop offs.
I am accepting cash payments, or credit/debit in person through Square. Working on getting Venmo set up. Payments with card can also be made directly through my shop management software, and all work must be signed for and approved before services are performed. Soon we will also be able to provide financing on services over $500 to help customers through a couple differant providers as well. No in House financing will be provided and all services must be paid for at completion for release of vehicle.
This is not your typical shade tree auto shop. Were doing things legit and the right way!
