Can’t get enough of ABATE? After you enjoy our Ol’ School Biker Party, join us for a 🌴 Hawaiian Tropical 🌺 S.T.E.A.M. In Des Moines!

STEAM is where we educate and motivate our membership for the year to come- Legislative strategies, supporting our educational programs, and to learning life skills the whole way!

Last year had everything from the ABC’S of ABATE to Life on Gillian’s Island, so stay tuned for what we have In store this year! 🤩

We are also VERY excited about our venue this year! Ramada Tropics of Des Moines has allowed us to enjoy STEAM as we once did in Marshalltown. For those of you that remember the Booze Wagon… IT’S BACK! 😆
We would also like to thank Ramada Tropics for providing us 2 whole suites to us for free! These suites will be our hospitality room, plus, they are right off the pool 😉

Oh, and let’s not forgot that STEAM is a family friendly event, so bring the FUTURE with you! With an Arcade, Waterpark, and all around plenty to do, we are certain they’ll make some lasting memories and learn even more!

Join us for our Annual Remembrance Run on September 5th at the Freedom Park!

Honoring the brothers and sisters we’ve lost is something we hold dear in ABATE, and this ride is another way we commemorate and honor their memory ❤️

After the ride there will be a potluck, community fires, and the opportunity to share stories of our lost loved ones.

We hope to see you there!

We are pleased to announce the FIRST annual Ol’ School Biker Party!

Located at our Freedom Park in Algona, we are getting back to the good Ol’ Days of Biker Parties! If the Freedom Rally is what you like, or maybe a smidge to big for your liking, this is where you want to be!

With a DJ set to get the party started on Friday evening, and a Local Band set to finish off the festivities on Saturday, we think you should be there!

It is CASH ONLY, so make sure to stop at an ATM on the way down!
