7 years ago today I was "fired" from a crook, cheat and liar. Then walked into a bank with a $100 bill and opened a business account, and my dream and business began. Sure, it didn't end up ideal for me, but don't let someone or something like money stop you from shooting for your dreams. A $100 bill went along way for me.

Oh, and that crook, cheat and liar, yeah, he's still in business, with help from his daddy.

But at the end of the day, I sleep good at nite knowing I was honest and gave it my all, with a $100.

Don't give up in your dreams. No matter what.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Floyd Speed and Performance is closing down. We want to thank our great customers for the memories. We also want to thank our family and friends who helped and supported us. It was a fun time filled with lots of memories. Thank you all.

Due to the extension of the "shelter in place" through the end of April we will be accepting any and all types of repairs. This also includes your everyday drivers to your lawn mowers to that spare car that just sits as a back up. Mowing season is around the corner and with most of you stuck at home and the weather getting nicer all you have to do is yard work and stare at your lawn. The hobby is always a slow starter in the month of April and will now be even slower, but our craft and our services are still here for what ever repair you have. So we ask to keep us in mind to help keep us in business and we will do our hardest to accommodate any and all requests. Thanks and let's keep Hot Rod strong.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak hot rodding has been slowed. We will be experiencing a shut down during this time. All current customers are more then welcome to take receipt of their cars by leaving a message with us and scheduling a pick up time. All new customers are encouraged to do the same. Let's not let this discourage our hobby and get thru this together. We are available for any emergency repairs to assist in keeping us busy and in business. Thank you all for your support.
