Dear Elberton ~
As most of you know, a customer's car ignited while inside our shop, in the early hours of Thursday morning (we suspect an electrical short). It was scheduled for repairs on Thursday. Elberton's FINEST responded immediately and were able to contain the fire before it spread. Needless to say, we have one heck of a mess to deal with and to clean up. This is going to take a while.
The week of July 4th, 2025 will mark 50 years of business for Wright's Automotive Service, Inc. For the past 50 years, we have lived out our passion and God given talents for serving the automotive needs of our community, both near and far, with integrity, care, and compassion. For 50 years, you have supported us, rooted for us, and helped us to grow and thrive. We are so humbled and thankful for our community, this opportunity, and God's countless blessings.
To our customers and staff, old and current, THANK YOU SO MUCH. Over the years, we have enjoyed countless conversations with you, supported each other as we raised our children together, and stood beside each other in schools, sports, and life. The friendships we share with you are absolutely priceless. We carry these friendships with us every single day. We depend on them.
With all that being said and with hearts full of gratitude, the time has come for us to close the doors of Wright's Automotive as we walk through the doors of retirement. We are now officially closed. Retirement will happen after we get this mess cleaned up.
Thank you for supporting us and becoming a part of the Wright's Automotive family throughout the years. It has been our honor and privilege to serve you, our friends.
And now, it is with the most humble hearts (and a few tears) that we sign off....... and say.......
"See 'ya later".
Mike and Autumn Wright
