4, Addison Career Institute is a dba of the Reyes Kalman Group, a Texas corporation located in El Paso, Texas, established in 2014. Caroline Kalman is president of Addison Career Institute. Kalman’s private sector and government career has spanned over 35 years of service in senior leadership positions, including nonprofit, local, state and federal government; and more recently as a leader at the regional workforce board until her retirement in 2013. Our Institute's professional truck driving program is created within our enhanced learning environment under the guidance of a knowledgeable instructor along with workforce experienced administrators who are committed to student success. We strongly support providing students with skills that are marketable, and that allow them to achieve their maximum career opportunity in the future. Career preparation for the Addison Career Institute student is personalized, and includes development of their career plan, resume, interviewing techniques and professional dress coaching. Our classes are tailored to meet student needs. Kalman has assembled a second-to-none faculty and professional staff that is well-seasoned in career development, job placement, education and training, amplified by their exceptional commitment and awesome caring attitude. They bring a breadth of academic and professional experience that will be employed daily and geared toward each student’s training graduation completion and career placement.
