My career began with 4 honorable years in the Armed Forces (US Army) as a Bradley Fighting Vehicle Systems Technician, followed by several years (22) as a technician in dealerships, most notably was around a decade as a Diesel Warranty Technician at Riverview International Truck and Engine Corporation in West Sacramento, CA. After several years working in shops and dealerships watching customers get charged outrageous rates,and sometimes dishonest practices, I decided to become independent, and build my own business focused on simply repairing vehicles at affordable rates by keeping my overhead low and standing behind all my work. I am ASE certified (L1 Masters Level) with factory training in Ford, Chevy, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes, BMW, for Automotive, and for Diesel I am formally factory trained in International/Navistar, Caterpillar, Detroit, Cummins, and

Ford (Powerstroke). I hold a Degree in Automotive Technology earned at Folsom Lake College and an Associates in Business Management earned at Sacramento City College (Los Rios District). 1998 BMW Z3 Roadster, the result of using those “mechanic in a bottle” sealants. This was by far the most tragic cooling system component extractions I’ve encountered. Went well though and I was able to extract the water pump with no damage to the timing cover or engine block. New one went in very smoothly and vehicle is back on the road after sitting several months.

Summer is not over yet, why sweat? If your vehicles air conditioning system has lost its cool, or feels something similar to having a blow dryer pointed at your face there is hope!

There is a stigma with automotive air conditioning service and repair, that it costs a fortune to repair.......... This is not true, and I prove it at least 3 or 4 times a week.
More often than not, if your a/c is not working it is because of a simple refrigerant leak and all automotive systems have their own protection monitors designed to prevent operation if the levels of oil and refrigerant are low, these monitors (sensors) are called the "low and high pressure switches" and when they sense dangerously low levels of lubrication/refrigerant they cut power to prevent catastrophic failure of your a/c compressor. What an awesome safety net that is! Saves a ton of money but unfortunately most motorists are unaware of these facts and think its always going to cost several hundred dollars to be cool again. Nope, a simple quick inspection to locate the leak, a good flushing of the system, evacuation and recharge is done and you will be cooler than the other side of the pillow in no time.
Im not saying all repairs are that simple and easy on the wallet but I can assure you of this, No matter what level of attention your system needs the cost will be half of any shops estimate guaranteed.
So here it is- I come to town,..... to cool it down and i will diagnose your a/c system for free, nothing to lose right? Chances are, what it needs wont cost you an arm and a leg. So call me, (916)260-6817 and we can set up a time to take a look.
