Immediate Opening! We are looking for a dependable, skilled Shop Fabrication Technician to join our team. This role involves working with metal fabrication, equipment assembly, and shop operations to support production and project completion. If you take pride in your work, show up on time, and know your way around tools and fabrication equipment—we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities
-Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and equipment
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and measurements
-Operate shop tools and machinery (saws, grinders, welders, etc.)
-Perform MIG/TIG/Stick welding (depending on experience)
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-Assist with loading/unloading materials and general shop duties
-Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards

Qualifications
-Previous fabrication or welding experience preferred
-Ability to read tape measure and blueprints accurately
-Strong attention to detail and workmanship
-Basic mechanical knowledge
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
-Valid driver’s license preferred
-Reliable transportation is a must
