Customer called us with a John Deere 8310R having issues with a leaking ILS hydraulic suspension cylinder. Our technician rebuilt the cylinder and performed a calibration on the ILS system within a couple of hours. Don’t let a hydraulic leak stop production. Customer called about a 2007 International with a Caterpillar C11. Customer stated that the engine has a lack of power and the check engine light is illuminated. Technician performed a diagnosis and found that the Intake Valve Actuator on Cylinder 2 was faulty. Technician replaced the Intake Valve Actuator, Pigtail, and performed an overhead valve adjustment. Customer called about a Case TV450 with HVAC issues. Our technician performed a diagnosis and found the compressor was operating properly but the temperature was always hot. After running some tests, our technician found that the heater control valve was at fault and needed to be replaced. During the replacement he noticed that the heater control valve and wiring were both charred due to fire. Technician replaced the valve, repaired the wiring and cleaned the area to prevent a fire hazard. Call us today for all your equipment needs. Customer called about a 2015 Ram 3500 6.7L. Customer said there was oil leaking from the engine compartment and needed the work done over the weekend. Our technician removed the transmission and found a damaged rear main seal. He pressure washed all the components and replaced the rear main seal, rear main housing gasket, oil pan gasket, and rear camshaft seal. After the repairs he checked for leaks and topped off all the fluids. Our customer is back on the road leak free and happy with the turnaround time. Call us today and schedule your appointment. Customer called about a John Deere 6500 Sprayer having issues with the sprayer arm retracting. Our technician performed a diagnosis and found the hydraulic solenoid wiring was damaged and needed to be repaired. Customer called us about a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 L Hemi with the notorious lifter tick. Upon engine teardown our technicians found one of the lifter rollers had failed causing camshaft damage. Because these lifters are prone to failure we recommended performing a MDS delete along with a factory non MDS camshaft, factory hellcat lifters, and factory hellcat oil pump. These upgrades correct the problems found in these engines and provide a permanent fix. Our customer is back on the road and has a peace of mind knowing that his vehicle won't suffer from this failure again. Customer called about a 2011 Peterbilt 337 with a power steering reservoir leak. The original power steering reservoir is a 2 piece design that’s prone to leaks and frankly, poorly designed. We went ahead and upgraded our customer to the updated one piece design which includes a filter.
