Welcome to one of the biggest projects we've ever taken on at Scott's Custom Automotive.
In this series, we're rebuilding a 2025 Ford Raptor R from the ground up—including a complete brand-new factory frame replacement. This isn't a typical repair. The Raptor R is one of Ford's most advanced, high-performance trucks, packing a supercharged 5.2L V8, cutting-edge electronics, and an incredibly complex chassis. Every bolt, wiring harness, suspension component, and body panel has to be transferred with precision to ensure it performs exactly as it did from the factory.
Our goal isn't just to get it back on the road—it's to return this truck to OEM standards while showing you every challenge, every setback, and every victory along the way.
