We’ve been a little quiet lately — and there’s a reason for that.

Over the last several weeks, we’ve been taking a hard look at the areas where Nunn’s Garage can do better.

Two of the biggest things we know are critical are communication and making it easier to get an appointment and stay updated once your vehicle is here.

We’ve heard those concerns, and we’ve been working on them.

One of the first changes we’re rolling out is our new Client Portal.

If your vehicle is with us, you can now simply click the link we send you and log in to:

Track your vehicle’s progress
See live job status updates
View inspection findings
Review estimates and invoices
See service history
Manage appointments and payments
Keep up with everything from your phone or computer

No complicated setup. We send the link, you sign in, and you’re there.

And if you ever lose the link, just message or call us and we can send it right back.

This is just one of several changes we’ve been making behind the scenes to improve the way we serve and communicate with our customers.

You’ll start seeing more of those updates rolling out here over the next few days.

We appreciate everyone who has continued to trust Nunn’s Garage, and we’re working hard to make the experience better from the first appointment all the way through pickup.
