Here's another project I have going for another customer. 1955 Cushman eagle vanguard vtwin swap. Disc brakes front and rear. Comet 44 clutch belt drive primary. Chain drive secondary. Had to replace the bottom frame rails as they got broke and repaired by someone less than qualified to do the job...lol. Also changing the front sheet metal to a more modern 58 Eagle. Should be a nice little ride when its done.

When your doing an Ls swap there's always things that you have to over come. One of those things is the outlet on the driver side front of the block. Originally there is a hose that runs from that hole to the oil cooler mounted in the pan. Once you remove all that unnecessary ballast your left with a hole in the block. Heres a few pics of my solution.

Here is a prime example of why you should double check everything during an engine assembly. Even if your reusing original parts and especially if your using new parts. I was cleaning the rockers that came off of this motor when i took it apart and found a rocker that was not drilled for oil from the factory. Double check your parts boys and girls.
