WE’RE HIRING — CLASS A CDL INSTRUCTOR! 🚛
Ready to get off the road and be HOME every night?
Wise CDL in Edinburg is looking for an experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our team as a full-time CDL Instructor!
✅ $16–$20/hr based on experience
✅ 40 hours per week
✅ Monday–Friday — No regular weekends
✅ Overtime opportunities available
✅ Flexible scheduling with advance notice
✅ PTO after 1 year

✅ Instructor experience NOT required!
Requirements:
🚛 Valid Class A CDL
🚛 Minimum 3 years CDL experience
🚛 Good driving record / must pass MVR review
🚛 Fluent in English & comfortable teaching a classroom
🚛 Patient and capable of training students one-on-one
🚛 Comfortable working outdoors in the South Texas heat
🚛 Able to meet applicable FMCSA & Texas instructor requirements
⭐ HIGHLY PREFERRED:
• CDL instructor/trainer experience
• TPST Certification
• School Bus/Passenger endorsements
• Diesel mechanic or general mechanical experience
You'll help train students in Class A, Class B, Hotshot, ELDT, Passenger & School Bus programs, including classroom instruction, pre-trip inspections, backing maneuvers and behind-the-wheel road training.
