Day 15!!! Still zero answers from Progressive insurance. How upset would you be if you couldn’t drive your truck for over 2 weeks waiting on insurance to look at your vehicle? They never were great, but the last couple months have seen a huge disregard for customer service.

Not ALL insurance is created equal. This is an easy deer hit job. The customer has Progressive Insurance through a local agent. The truck has been sitting in my parking lot for 11 days!!! Yes over a week and a half. We still have not seen an insurance adjuster. The customer has called Progressive nearly every day. I call Progressive every other day. The local agent is calling Progressive. Still no estimate. Still no adjuster scheduled to write an estimate. All I need is an estimate and 2-3 days for the repairs. All the parts are sitting in my shop. Still nothing from Progressive.

We work with ALL insurance companies. But you have been warned, Progressive does not care about you, your car, your needs or even if they keep you as a customer. They know they are the cheapest and that alone with get them the business. You 100% get what you paid for with Progressive. We pride ourselves on turning vehicles back to our customers as quickly as possible. Most jobs are start to finish within 2 weeks. But when it takes Progressive 2 weeks to show up for the estimate. That is not possible.

If you have progressive, please consider your options. If you would like to know who’s the best?? Give me a call. If you need work done, stop by anytime for a FREE estimate. We work for our customers, not the insurance companies. We never have, nor will we ever be a DRP shop. DRP shops have agreements with the insurance companies that benefit them not the customers. We truly are customer first.
