In anticipation of Hurricane Nicole’s impacts to the area, Volusia County has issued a mandatory evacuation order to all mobile home communities East of I95, beginning Wednesday, 11/9 at 9 AM and to be completed by 4 PM Wednesday. Please find shelter information below:

Attention Residents,

It has been brought to our attention that individuals are making fraudulent FEMA claims at mobile home communities in the area. These individuals are taking pictures of homes and submitting claims you have not requested; our suspicion is they are attempting to divert FEMA funds into their own accounts.

If you have not reached out to FEMA for assistance and you are contacted by a home inspection company, please proceed with caution. If you suspect fraudulent activity, please reach out to law enforcement to report the activity and alert your Community Manager.

Good Afternoon!

We wanted to share an update with you regarding your community after Hurricane Ian. Power has been restored. Water and Sewer systems are working. The roads are passable and you are able to get into the community. Clean up efforts have started and will be ongoing this week. The community manager will be posting updates/sharing additional info as needed.
