Is this heat/humidity getting you frustrated?
AC not working?

Let us handle that for you..
Pictured from today is a 2013 Ford F150 with the 5.0 liter engine and automatic transmission.

Vehicle came in with the AC inoperative.
Inspection revealed a leaking condenser, and a compressor that could no longer produce enough pressure to run the system.

Solution.
Removed the faulty components. Flushed the evaporator core, flushed the lines, replaced all the seals and orings.
Replaced the compressor and condenser.
Vacuum tested and charged the system.

Last picture shows the temperature of air coming from the vents where the outside air temperature was currently 96 degrees F, with 71% humidity.

2014 Chevy Impala with the 3.6 liter engine and a 6T70 transmission.
Customer states that approximately 2 weeks after getting new tires installed on their vehicle they began to hear a roaring noise coming from the inside of the car.

Vehicle inspection revealed the following;
Wheel lug nuts tightened far beyond the specifications.
Factory specification for this vehicle is 100 ft. Lbs.
Actual break away torque required to remove the lug nuts was between 180, and 344 ft. Lbs. 👀 😧
Excessive torque on the wheel nuts and studs collapsed the wheel bearing.

Solution;
Replace both rear bearing assembly's, reinstall brakes, properly torquing all 4 wheels...

2004 GMC Sierra 5.3 L engine with a 4l60 transmission.
Customer states that while driving the vehicle at 55 mph they heard a loud pop noise and then the vehicle started vibrating heavily.

A quick inspection revealed that the rear drive shaft universal joint had lost a cap and was now loose, worn out, and about to break further.

Solution:
Removed driveshaft, replaced universal joint, securing straps, and bolts.

Vehicle back on the road, client happy. .

2013 Kia Rio.
Customer concern: driver's side door doesn't open from the outside, Airbag light, ABS/TCS lights, check engine light and tpms light all on upon arrival.
Diagnosis:
Driver's door lock & latch assembly has excessive wear on the mechanical mechanism causing an overrun on the door release pin.
Dash lights on for two separate issues. A faulty clock spring resulting in the air bag light, and two CAN BUS issues causing the other lights. Corrosion and loose connection on three harness connections.
Solution:
Replacement of the door lock/latch assembly.
Replacement of steering wheel clock spring.
1 HR time to clean connections, and restore correct CAN BUS communication.
Cleared codes and tested..
All dash warning lights are off, the vehicle is operating as intended,
and the driver's side door opens and closes properly..

Facebook told us we don't post enough. 🤷‍♂️
So here's something from today.
2016 BMW 330I.
Customer installed their own brake rotors and pads purchased from Amazon. After 3000 miles of driving it developed a pulsating sensation in the brake pedal when applying the brakes. He went to a shop they advised him it was a defective and warped rotor. They replaced the rotors on the front.
Less than 2,500 miles later the vibration was back.
Customer brought it to us for a solution...
Pictures tell stories..
Nobody ever cleaned the hubs when replacing the rotors. With straight and good rotors there was more than 0.0076 run out.
That is what was causing the vibration.
Cleaned the hubs properly and installed the brakes.
Now run out was only 0.0014.
Road tested, No vibrations.
