Our friendly furry office buddy joined the team a few months back and has been such a pleasure! He hasn't learned the phones quite yet but does great with meet and greets. His favorite activity is resting beneath the desk in the most cozy spot.
If you haven't met him yet, he'll be looking forward to it 🐾

Last week, a parts delivery driver came into our office and said “You know, I deliver to many auto shops around and none of them have gear on display.”

Yesterday, an insurance inspector for one of our customers came in and said, “I go to a lot of mechanic shops and I’ve never been in a shop with swag.”

We laugh at these comments, but it’s realization of how grateful we are for the support and word-of-mouth!
It’s our family, friends, loyal customers and our awesome employees who keep us going and who wear our “swag” 😎

We have an opening for a qualified Service Advisor to lead our automotive shop!

🛠 Responsibilities in Summary:
- Customer interaction, appointment scheduling, create and manage Repair Orders, aid in recommending repairs & maintenance, handle estimates and billing, etc.

🛠Qualifications in Summary:
- Experience as an automotive service advisor, mechanic, or other related fields
- Knowledge of basic automotive repairs and maintenance
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
- Clean MVR
