LAST CHANCE TO JOIN OUR PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP

Tomorrow, May 31, is the last day for RV owners to join our private Facebook group for a one-time payment of $29.

After May 31, enrollment will close. IF we decide to open it again in the future, membership will be a one-time payment of $99.

When we launched our RV Education platform, we assumed RV owners would be the primary audience. We were wrong.

What surprised us was how many RV Techs joined. Today, we have about 5 times more RV Tech Members than we ever expected, and every one of those members is automatically added to this Facebook group.

The result has been exactly what we hoped for. Daily conversations, real-world troubleshooting, multiple perspectives, and direct access to Steve for answers and guidance.

The challenge is making sure Steve has enough time to continue providing detailed answers to everyone. Because of that, we are intentionally keeping this group small and limiting enrollment.

We've also been scaling back our online presence since last summer. The more visible you become online, the more chaos it creates, and with how busy we are fixing RVs, we simply don't need more of it. We're intentionally focusing our time and energy on the things that provide the most value: high-quality conversations inside this Facebook group and educational content for our RV Tech Membership.

This Facebook membership has been available for over a year and a half and has been promoted at the bottom of our weekly newsletter the entire time. If you've been thinking about joining, now is the time.

If you want direct access to Steve, detailed answers to your RV questions, and a community focused on learning and helping each other, you have until May 31 to join for $29.

After that, enrollment closes.

We’re Kicking off Camping Season by giving back to our community!

We are launching our Kickoff to Camping Season Community Outreach, where we select a local nonprofit or fundraiser in Iosco County to support each year. For the month of June, we will donate a percentage of our gross profits to that organization.

For our first year, we selected Harbor Church's “1 Million for One More” campaign. Their current space is busting at the seams, which is why they are working to expand and build a new church facility that will allow them to serve more people in our community.

Harbor Church hosts many events that benefit the area, including the Back-to-School outreach, My Church Loves You, several youth programs, COVE’s Life Recovery program, and various outreach efforts that support local families.

Throughout June we will post weekly updates so you can follow along and share in the excitement with us.

Quick reminder for our social media followers:

If you found us through YouTube or social media and live outside our 20-mile service area in Iosco County, Michigan, please understand that Steve is not able to return calls for one-on-one troubleshooting, repair advice, or technical questions.

Between scheduled service calls, emergency repairs, parts ordering, customer follow-up, and answering questions inside our membership community, his days are already packed from 8 AM until midnight, with very little downtime.

We love sharing free content online, but our business phone has to stay focused on customers we can physically service.

Red Buckets Won’t Let RV Level

Before turning on your RV water heater in electric mode, make sure there’s water in the tank. This is one of the easiest mistakes to make, especially at the start of camping season.

We’re only 2 days into our local campgrounds opening, and this service call has already popped up a few times. A few seconds of checking can save you from burning up a heating element.

After the last service call, I was thinking, “don’t I have a video covering this that I can share…” Then I remembered I do ⬇️

Thank you to all of our customers who have taken the time to leave a review. We’ve received over 400+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reviews over the last 3 years.

Even with Google randomly removing 15 here, 4 there, we know nearly every review is from a real customer because we personally reply to every single one. Ironically, some of the legitimate reviews seem to disappear, while the ones from people we’ve never even serviced stay up.

Either way, we truly appreciate every customer who takes a few minutes out of their day to share their experience. Your support means more than you know.
