Hey guys..!! Good morning to you ALL.. 🙂 I got a nice early start this morning. As I was working and looked out the window, I noticed the sunrise and couldn't resist coming out to capture this glorious moment. Let us all rejoice in Him that we are blessed with another day to be who we are, do what He has called us to do, and enjoy this precious and fragile life we have. Cherish this day, share a smile and a kind word, and do something good. Cuz the promise of another tomorrow is not given us. So embrace the blessing of another 'today', do your BEST in everything you do, and live it to the fullest, honoring God in all you do.. ☝️❤️🙂

Just WOW..!! 😮 Hey guys..!! I JUST finished buffing the 73 Challenger with the 'heavy cutting' compound. I've still gotta go around it again before I can unmask it and begin the assembly process. But MA-AN this thing looks GORGEOUS.. 😍 So much so that I felt I had to post it now rather than wait till later. It's simply STUNNING.. 🤗 I Can't wait for the owner to see it soon.. 😊 He is gonna be ecstatic.. 🙂

Hey guys..!! Been another day of buffing.. 🙂 But not my car.. cuz it's DONE..!! 😊 This is the 73 Challenger. So 10 hours t'day got the hood and left side done. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get the heavy compound buffing done on the deck lid and right side. Don't need to do the roof cuz the car is getting the vinyl top again.. 😎 Ya know.. 😏.. I think I'm starting to get the hang of this.. 😁😂

YIPPIEEEEEE..!! I DID IT GUYS..!! 😊 The paintwork is DONE..!! 🤗 And as much of a bad idea as it probably was .. 😄.. to stay VERY late on a work night to finish it, once I started, I just couldn't stop.. 🙄.. I HAD to get it done.. 😎 Which also meant unmasking it and wiping out the Jambs of course.. 😁 And I've gotta say, pictures do it NO justice and words can't describe it.. 😳 So after over 3 years, I can FINALLY start putting it back together..!! 🙂 Thank you guys for following and being engaged in the progress of this (my) build. I'm really hoping to have it together enough to roll it out for the car show to do a soft reveal of it. I should have my engine back in a few weeks to be able to put the suspension back on the car. In the mean time, I'll put some of the smaller, lighter parts on.. things that won't really throw off the weight balance while its still on the rotisserie. It looks like I'm in a carnival mirror.. 🤣

HEY GUYS..!! Another happy moment.. 😊 If you remember the last time I updated you on my Charger, I told you I needed to just "touch up" a few spots where I had missed some scratches and had to clean up the edges..? Well, 6 more hours later.. 😳 .. I got the 'touch up' work done.. BUT.. 😕 .. I didn't get to the edges finished yet. But at 11:30, I was ready for bed.. 😄 So next time I'll do the edges and the compound work will be competed..!! 🤗 But even without getting to the edges, I'm baking it a win.. 🙂 So someone asked me the other day, "how long did it take you to get to this point..?" Meaning the colour sanding and buffing. So as curious as I was also, I added up my hours for those two steps.. 😳 Another 81 HOURS added to the total of build hours.. 🙄 .. At a nice round number of 100$/HR.. you do the math.. 😮 And I've still got another 4 hours for the edges, then I've gotta glaze and polish it for probably ANOTHER 30 to 40 hours.. 😬 .. But I've gotta say, it's looking reeeally good.. 😏.. Happy Sunday guys.. God bless you all.. ❤️

Hey guys..!! So I've reached another milestone on the Charger.. 🤗 Outside of a little touch up work on some of the edges, the cutting compound phase is DONE..!! 👍 And it looks AWESOME..!! 😊 SEE for yourself.. 😏

Oh my 😮 .. Would'ja LOOK at that shine.. 😏😎 .. I'm almost done with round one, the cutting compound, of the buffing stage. Two more rounds t'go and I can FINALLY start putting it back together.. 🤗 I think I have everything I need except the headers and exhaust. The last thing I'm waiting on is for the engine to be finished and that should do it.. 🙂
