Now Hiring: Service Writer / Parts Counter MWT4WD & NAPA Auto Parts
We're looking for an organized, professional Service Writer / Parts Counter person to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Position Details:
Pay: Starting at $20/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays
Overtime: Paid for all hours worked over 40 hours

What You'll Do:
Greet customers and write up service orders accurately and efficiently
Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status, estimates, and recommended repairs
Source and order parts through NAPA and other suppliers
Manage parts counter operations, including inventory and will-call
Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely repairs
Maintain organized records and follow up on outstanding orders
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional, customer-facing demeanor
Prior experience in a service writer, parts counter, or automotive customer service role preferred but not required
Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
Reliable and punctual is a must
